We strictly prohibit the use, possession, or influence of drugs or alcohol at any time, on or off duty, by any employee operating or responsible for company vehicles. This policy is integral to maintaining a secure and dependable service. By enforcing it, we not only adhere to legal standards but also foster an environment where our passengers can trust that their transportation needs are met with the highest level of professionalism and safety.

Our driver training and qualification standards reflect our unwavering commitment to delivering secure and reliable non-emergency medical transportation services. All drivers undergo comprehensive training, including CPR/First Aid Certification, HIPAA Certification, PASS Certification, and a Defensive Driving Course.

In addition to rigorous background checks and pre-employment drug testing, with random testing conducted regularly, all drivers must also complete a medical evaluation and be approved by a licensed medical professional to ensure they are physically and mentally fit for duty.
