At Accredo Care, we are pleased to inform you that we accept most insurance companies for our non-emergency medical transportation services. Please give us a call for more information and to discuss your specific insurance coverage. We look forward to assisting you with your transportation needs.

Debit and Credit Cards

We're committed to providing exceptional service, and part of that commitment involves offering convenient payment options. At Accredo Care, we accept both debit cards and all major credit cards for the payment of our services. Whether you prefer to use your debit card for immediate transactions or your major credit card for added flexibility, we've got you covered. 

Checks

To make things easier for you, we gladly accept personal checks as a convenient way to pay for our services. When making a payment by check, please ensure it is payable to Accredo Care. On the day of your scheduled pickup, we kindly request that you place your payment in a sealed envelope for privacy. Please hand this envelope to your designated driver upon their arrival. They will securely store the payment in the vehicle's clipboard until the conclusion of their shift, at which point they will promptly deliver it to our office. This process ensures the confidentiality and security of your payment information. Additionally, please note that Accredo Care will charge a $15.00 fee for any checks that are returned unpaid. 

FSA and HSA

Accredo Care also accepts FSA (Flexible Spending Account) and HSA (Health Savings Account) debit/credit cards as a form of payment for our non-emergency medical transportation services. This provides our clients with additional convenient payment options. Please contact us for more information on how to utilize these benefits.

Cash

At Accredo Care, your safety and security are paramount considerations in all aspects of our service. Therefore, we want to emphasize that we do not accept cash as a payment method for our services. Furthermore, it's essential to note that our drivers are not authorized to accept cash payments under any circumstances. As part of our commitment to your safety and the integrity of our operations, our drivers do not carry any cash in the vehicles with them. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies, which are in place to ensure a secure and streamlined experience for all our clients.
