AGREEMENT TO TERMS
Thank you for choosing Accredo Care for your Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Needs. Before booking our services, please review the following terms and conditions carefully.
These Client/Passenger Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Accredo Care LLC, doing business as Accredo Care("Accredo Care," “we," “us," or “our”), concerning your access to and use of our transportation services.
Reservations
At Accredo Care, we value your convenience and strive to accommodate your transportation needs efficiently. While we recommend providing a 48-hour notice for all reservations, we understand that circumstances may require shorter notice. We may make exceptions to our standard reservation policy based on scheduling availability. However, for same-day appointments, if we are able to schedule them, a fee of $10.00 may be charged to cover administrative costs and ensure timely service. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to provide you with the best possible transportation experience. Please contact us to discuss your reservation needs, and we will do our utmost to accommodate you.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Fees
At Accredo Care, we value your time and understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. We do not charge any fees for canceling or rescheduling a reservation if we receive a notice at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled pickup time. However, if we do not receive a notice within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time, a fee of $20.00 will be charged to cover administrative costs and potential loss of service. We believe in providing our clients with flexibility while also maintaining operational efficiency. Please ensure to notify us in a timely manner to avoid any inconvenience or charges.
No Show: Pickups
Accredo Care is committed to providing reliable transportation services to all our clients. In the event of a scheduled pickup where our driver arrives at the designated location, but the client/passenger fails to show up without prior notice, a fee of $20.00 will be charged. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but consistent no-show incidents disrupt our operations and inconvenience other clients. Therefore, if a client continues to have multiple no-show occurrences, we reserve the right to ban them from riding with our company. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we strive to maintain the quality and efficiency of our services for all our valued clients.
Late Pickups
Accredo Care strives to maintain punctuality for all pickups. However, in the event of a delay caused by the client/passenger being unavailable at the scheduled pickup time, a late pickup fee of $10.00 may be charged. This fee will be communicated to the client/passenger and billed accordingly.
Clean Up Fees
Accredo Care reserves the right to charge a clean-up fee in the event that the client/passenger causes excessive mess or damage to the vehicle during transportation. This fee will be assessed based on the extent of the clean-up required and will be billed accordingly.
Vehicle Damage Fees
In the event of any damage caused to the vehicle by the client/passenger during transportation, Accredo Care reserves the right to charge a vehicle damage fee. Safety is our top priority. Our drivers adhere to strict protocols to ensure the safety and comfort of our clients. As part of our commitment, our drivers conduct thorough vehicle inspections at the beginning and end of each shift, as well as before and after picking up any clients/passengers. These inspections help us maintain the integrity of our vehicles and identify any potential issues promptly. In the event that damage is discovered, and it is determined to be caused by the client/passenger, a fee will be charged accordingly. This fee will be assessed based on the extent of the damage and will be billed accordingly. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the quality and safety of our transportation services.
Company Delays or Cancellations
Accredo Care understands the importance of punctuality for our clients' appointments. However, we want to emphasize that certain circumstances beyond our control may lead to delays or cancellations. Therefore, Accredo Care will not be held liable for any delays or cancellations to a client's appointments resulting from Acts of God, such as severe weather events, or circumstances including but not limited to the authority of law, perils of navigation, riots, strikes, war, accidents on the roadway, closed/blocked streets, or any other conditions beyond our control. While we strive to provide reliable transportation services, we appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations. Rest assured, we will make every effort to minimize disruptions and keep you informed of any changes to your scheduled transportation. While we make every effort to adhere to the schedule submitted by our agents or employees, we want to emphasize that it is not guaranteed. Various factors, including but not limited to vehicle breakdowns, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances that render our vehicles from safely operating, may occur. Therefore, Accredo Care will not be held liable for late or missed appointments resulting from such occurrences. We understand the importance of your appointments and strive to minimize disruptions, but we appreciate your understanding and flexibility in these situations. Our priority remains the safety and well-being of our clients, and we will make every effort to address any delays or cancellations promptly.
